This ranch has the perfect habitat to become a quail hunter’s paradise.

LOCATION: 4 miles west of hwy 281 and just about 30 minutes north from the mcallen airport.

IMPROVEMENTS: 80 x 50 enclosed metal building with over head doors and concrete floor. Attached to the metal building is a 20 x 80 overed parking area with a concrete floor. There is also a set of working cattle pens.

EQUIPMENT TO BE CONVEYED: None of the pictured equipment conveys, however the tractor and implements are negotiable.

WATER: The ranch has a total of five water wells. Three of the wells are windmill and two are submersible. According to the seller, the water is excellent and plentiful. There is one nice pond near the barn and cattle pens and two other small ponds at two of the wind mill locations.

TERRAIN/HABITAT: The ranch is slightly rolling with only about 35 ft of elevation change. The majority of the ranch consists of incredible quail habitat and would be perfect for hunting with dogs. The soil in the south and west is mostly sandy loam with the north east being the same with a little finer sand. There are large bull mesquites in areas with smaller mesquites and motts in others areas.

WILDLIFE: White tailed deer, quail, dove, turkey and hogs.
