TERRAIN / HABITAT: This ranch contains some of the greatest terrain and habitat that Texas has to offer. Soil northeast of the creek is mostly fine sandy loam and soil southwest of the creek is mostly clay loam. There are many large live oak, post oak, and cedar elms on the ranch along with other trees such as chinkapin oak, Texas soapberry, hackberry, and sugarberry. Some brush species present on the ranch are blue lotebush, agarita, persimmon, yaupon, privet, some kidney wood along with some other native species. There is also a huge variety of grasses including coastal Bermuda, bahia, Texas spear, Texas blue grama and smut grass just to name a few.
WILDLIFE: Healthy population of whitetail deer, wild hogs, turkey, dove and quail.
