Anthony Simpson

Broker/Owner

Texas Ranch Realtor Anthony Simpson was born and raised in South Texas. After graduating from high school he went to work in the construction industry. In the 15 years that followed, he became proficient in Commercial, Residential and Ranch Improvement Construction. It was during this time, that one of his clients (a Ranch and Real Estate Developer) became interested in mentoring him in the Ranch Real Estate Business. In 2002 Anthony began working alongside Mike Stewart of Stewart Ranches.com. During these years Anthony discovered his talent and passion for Ranch Brokering. Anthony earned his Broker’s’ License in 2011 and decided to strike out on his own with his company… Simpson Ranches & Land, LLC.

Anthony is married to Pam Simpson (Realtor and Partner) and the father of four grown children. He has and will always be married to the Land. Fishing, Hunting & Wildlife Preservation are at the core of his Ranch Real Estate Philosophy, while helping his clients maintain sound financial investment decisions, whether buying or selling Ranch Real Estate.

Anthony, from a very young age, has always been involved in hunting, fishing and ranching. It is a lifestyle… Not an acquired hobby. His reputation for straight shooting and his extensive knowledge of South Texas Ranches have truly set him apart from other Ranch Brokers.

Josh Hartwick grew up in the small town of Sealy, Texas where he spent most of his childhood hunting and fishing. A strong interest in the outdoors led him to an early investigation of wildlife management techniques. At a young age, Josh entered the sport of international three position competitive rifle shooting and expanded his skills to include many other rifle disciplines. After spending many years as a national award winning, competitive rifle shooter, Josh decided to pursue a degree in wildlife biology and management. Globally renowned for their wildlife research program, Texas A&M University in Kingsville provided Josh with the education he was seeking. While attending the university, Josh gained valuable field experience through research projects with the Cesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute. Josh was elected the president of the university’s Wildlife Society. Josh also filled positions as a hunting guide at many well-known South Texas ranches including the legendary King Ranch.
While attending college and living in the town of Kingsville, TX, Josh took advantage of the trophy filled, coastal waters of Baffin Bay. Josh soon joined the fishing tournament scene and quickly gained the respect and friendship of many of the sport’s leading figures and anglers.
After completing his degree and earning the title of Certified Wildlife Biologist, Josh felt that he wanted to share his knowledge and passion for hunting and fishing with as many people as possible. While in college, Josh had started a small hunting outfitting service, Feathers & Sheds Unlimited, LLC (FSU Outdoors). With his studies completed, and an already sound business platform and clientele following, FSU Outdoors began to grow. Josh became a U.S. Coast Guard approved, licensed Marine Captain. With the new credentials, he was able to add fishing charters and guided duck hunts to his outfitting service. In addition, FSU Outdoors established a consulting firm that provides biological consultation services to land owners such as wildlife surveys, harvest management plans, and habitat reconstruction. Josh is also certified, by Safe Capture International, in wildlife chemical immobilization and provides consultation and trap/transport services to wildlife breeding operations. Josh’s charisma and passion for the industry launched FSU Outdoors into a rapidly growing company that is immersed in the knowledge and love for wildlife and outdoor recreation. The company has since expanded outside of the United States and now offers hunting, fishing, and wildlife touring in Africa, Australia, and other exciting locations across the globe.
Josh is an avid conservationist and is adamant about preserving the nation’s wildlife and fisheries. He is well known for his passion for waterfowl and deer hunting, and the pursuit of trophy speckled trout. Josh strives to educate friends, clients, and anyone he comes into contact with, on the importance of resource preservation. Josh has made multiple appearances on the Outdoor Channel and Pursuit Channel as guest and guide for celebrity hunting and fishing shows.
After years of experience with Texas wildlife and ranch lands, Josh decided to obtain a license to become a real estate agent and assist clients in purchasing and selling Texas ranch properties. With a sound understanding of the importance of client relations and customer service, Josh is committed to helping each, and every client achieve their desired goal with their Texas ranch property.Josh still resides just south of Sarita, Texas. His outfitting company offers a variety of hunting and fishing adventures across South Texas, Baffin Bay, the Laguna Madre, Africa, and Australia.
