Texas Ranch Realtor Anthony Simpson was born and raised in South Texas. After graduating from high school he went to work in the construction industry. In the 15 years that followed, he became proficient in Commercial, Residential and Ranch Improvement Construction. It was during this time, that one of his clients (a Ranch and Real Estate Developer) became interested in mentoring him in the Ranch Real Estate Business. In 2002 Anthony began working alongside Mike Stewart of Stewart Ranches.com. During these years Anthony discovered his talent and passion for Ranch Brokering. Anthony earned his Broker’s’ License in 2011 and decided to strike out on his own with his company… Simpson Ranches & Land, LLC.
Anthony is married to Pam Simpson (Realtor and Partner) and the father of four grown children. He has and will always be married to the Land. Fishing, Hunting & Wildlife Preservation are at the core of his Ranch Real Estate Philosophy, while helping his clients maintain sound financial investment decisions, whether buying or selling Ranch Real Estate.

Pam Simpson was born in the Pan Handle and raised in the West Texas Oil Fields. Pam’s father worked for Shell Pipeline and her brother is a geologist. A Midland Lee High School graduate, Pam didn’t live anywhere else until 25 years ago when she moved to the Hill Country outside of Austin. Fishing, camping, and the outdoors have always been a way of life for her, but hunting was added when she met Anthony Simpson a little over 20 years ago.
Pam has had a Real Estate license since 2007 and has Ranch and Residential Real Estate experience. As a mother of four and a former business owner, Pam understands the assets of time and money and will work overtime to help her clients with the management of their assets. She currently heads up the Marketing Department at Simpson Ranches & Land, LLC.

Rick Slaughter was born and raised in South Texas. After High School Rick spent two years studying architectural engineering and then spent the next five years working for South Pacific Railroads. 1984 through 1999 were spent in sales for companies such as J. Walter Papers, Butler Papers and Priester Supply. Rick has also worked in the custom home business and presently owns Texas Country Builders with his son Chris (also a realtor).
Throughout all these years Rick has always had a hunting or guiding business and even owned an archery store for five years. Rick partners with his dad in raising white-tailed deer (Lonesome Creek Whitetails). He recently has become a saltwater fishing junkie. His daughter Courtney is an office professional in Dallas, Texas.
Rick’s extensive background in construction, sales and South Texas Hunting and Ranching is a real contribution to his overall ability as a Texas Ranch Realtor.

A fourth-generation rancher with roots dating back to the 1850s, Johnathan Burda grew up on his family’s ranches in DeWitt and Karnes Counties. After graduating from Texas State University in 2003, he attained a sales associate’s license under the sponsorship of J. E. Wolf, III and became a real estate appraiser in 2004 under the sponsorship of Menn and Associates of Seguin, Texas. Thereafter, Johnathan worked with Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc., Real Estate Consultants and Appraisers of San Antonio, Texas for seven years and is currently recognized as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. His experience includes appraisal and consulting assignments related to farm and ranch, special use, commercial and residential properties completed for various lending institutions and municipalities. He has appraised ranches ranging from South Texas to the Piney Woods region of East Texas.
In March 2013, Johnathan resumed management of his ranch in Karnes County and spends his free time with family and friends. He squeezes in a hunt whenever he gets the chance. Johnathan recently joined the sales team at Simpson Ranches & Land, LLC where his extensive experience in ranching and real estate sales and appraisal allows him to assist clients in marketing their properties at optimum price points and finding buyers places uniquely suited to their lifestyle goals and specific intended uses.

South Texas ranch realtor/broker Ryan Cummings was born in Austin, Texas but grew up in the Rio Grande Valley. Growing up in a farming family, Ryan learned to appreciate the land and natural resources of South Texas. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Ryan enjoys sharing his love of all things outdoors with his wife Jo, and their three boys.
Ryan graduated Texas A&I Kingsville just after it became Texas A & M Kingsville in 1996 with a bachelor of science degree in agriculture. He became a real estate agent in 2009 and then fast tracked to obtain his broker’s license in 2011.
Ryan’s love of hunting and the outdoors fuels his passion for farm and ranch real estate. His love of family drives his desire to share this appreciation and ambition with his sons.

Bailey was born in Wharton, Tx but moved to the Hill Country in 2006. She grew up with a passion for horses and spent countless hours in the saddle. She also has always had a great love for the outdoors spending many hours hunting and fishing with her father.
Bailey attended Texas A&M University where she participated in various equine programs including the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Summer Horsemanship School Program and was a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Stock Horse Team. She graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science along with an Equine Certificate. Throughout both high school and college, Bailey had a strong interest in real estate and realized soon after graduating that it was a career path she wanted to pursue.
Bailey obtained her Texas Real Estate license in 2018 and is so excited to be a member of Simpson Ranches & Land, LLC.

Cameron Schuster earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Schreiner University in 2010 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011. He was also a real estate appraiser from 2013 – 2018. Throughout all of Cameron’s real estate experience, the farm and ranch sector has always been his passion.
Cameron grew up on multiple ranches across South Texas where hunting, fishing and land stewardship became second nature for him at a young age. He spent the majority of his childhood and young adult life on an 16,000-acre Orvis indorsed hunting lodge and became a skilled hunting guide for clients who would come to hunt there from all over the world.
While in college in Kerrville, Texas, Cameron also developed a true passion for shooting shotguns. Skeet shooting is a sport that has taken him on a journey of becoming the very first shooting competitor for Schreiner University, a top world shooter in the National Skeet Shooting Association and on to winning the 2012 World Skeet Championship High Over All. Cameron is endorsed and sponsored by several world-renown shooting companies and will continue to shoot the professional skeet circuit throughout his life.

I’m a 9th (or 10th) generation Texan, depending on how you count. My mother’s family, the “Balli”, were Spanish land grant recipients as early as the 1780s in what is now South Texas and Padre Island (named after Fr. Nicolas Balli). I currently serve as the Chairman of the Balli Mineral & Royalty LLC.(BMAR), a 400 member LLC, family owned since their recovery of mineral interests on Padre Island in 2001.
I was born and raised in San Diego, Duval County, Texas. I attended Rice University, where I attended on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a degree in Commerce in 1968. I worked for Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Credit Manager and Credit Auditor/Inspector from 1968 until 1977. I worked in Houston, Beaumont, Orange, McAllen and Wichita Falls for Sears, including some time with Sears International in Mexico, Venezuela and Puerto Rico.
I worked at the First State Bank of San Diego from 1977 until 1983. During that time, I begin my work in the Real Estate business, doing ranch appraisals and, then, moving to sales. I’ve been a licensed Texas Realtor since 1978, operating by assumed name of “Duval Real Estate”.
I attended and completed Texas Banker Association Bank training at Texas A&M in 1978 and non-attorney training as a Mediator at University of Houston in 2003. I have complied and completed all continuing training required as a Texas Realtor. I offer sales, evaluations, consulting and partition real estate services.
My wife, Veronica, and I have been married 53 years. We have 3 adult children, 6 grandkids, and 2 Great-grandchildren. We live in San Diego Texas!!

Carson McCoy was born in Dallas, Tx but moved to the Hill Country in 2008. He graduated from Tivy High School in 2016. Directly after graduating, he started an outfitting and trapping business, spending most of his time trapping and hunting animals on numerous ranches across Texas. Throughout his life he has had a passion for the outdoors and enjoys sharing that passion with friends and family. Carson got his license in 2021 and is excited to be working as a Texas Ranch Realtor.
